I highly recommend Paul and his guys to anyone who needs to replace stucco on their house. Paul was very responsive, and was able to do a beautiful vinyl and hardie board siding job on the front and back of my row home in center city in a week’s time. True professionals!

I have worked with and referred Paul and Anvil Stucco on three large projects over the past year. From his ability to explain (in layman terms) the issues at hand to his ability to manage his crew to complete the projects in a timely manner (or even quicker than I could have imagined)- we couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Stucco has been a scary word for many years in real estate but having someone like Paul and Anvil Stucco has proven to be an invaluable asset to both me and my clients

We used the company for a big project in which we needed to remove all sides of the house that was stucco and refinish it with new siding. Paul and his team were excellent. They delivered an excellent quality product, communicated incessantly with us, were always available, and stuck to the timetable that we needed in order to finish the house. They went far and beyond in fixing some things internally in the house that other contractors might have given us a problem about. I would recommend them highly and I’m willing to talk to anyone about their services. P.S., Paul Friedman is an honorable person.

My experience with Anvil was tremendous. Paul Friedman and his crew worked quickly and made sure everything was done correctly. We were in a time crunch to settle on our home and they finished with time to spare. The house looked amazing, the work was done timely and professionally and Paul was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Anvil to anyone!

I met Paul during a very difficult time in my life – the period between when I found out the stucco on my entire home had failed, and the moment when Paul completed the work. As a general contractor myself, I know all too well the trials and tribulations of dealing with subcontractors. Paul and his company are a rare breed – people who say what they do, and do what they say.
Throughout the entire process, Paul was very clear about what to expect, how long it would take, and how much things would cost. Nothing changed from the original quote to the final payment. Paul’s communication (mostly instantaneous via text message or phone call, including late into the night) was only matched by the professionalism of his workers.
Doing construction work on an occupied home, with stucco being ripped off into a pristine backyard, is a recipe for disaster. No damage whatsoever was done to my home throughout this process. At the end of the job, as happens in all jobs, there were a few “punch list” items that need to be completed. Instead of forcing me to pester him and plead with him to come back (the final bill had already been paid), Paul continued to respond immediately, just as he had done before we began the job, and completed the items in a timely manner.
By the time the work was completed, I considered Paul to be my friend. Unfortunately, in this day and age, I now receive phone calls frequently from other friends and business associates who have failing stucco. I have one response: “Better Call Paul!.”

I bought my house new in 2010. In 2012 I had water on multiple levels of my home. Homeowners was basically useless. Multiple roofers came through promising me results. Still rain. SEVEN YEARS of traumatic rain, tears, ripping things out myself, and praying I would find the answer. I was connected with Anvil and Paul and he basically told me you have a stucco problem. I didn’t trust anyone at that point. He was kind, honest, his workers showed up on time and were clean. And best of all... 4 months later I have no water inside. NONE. I often text him my thanks. And if it goes wrong I know he will come back. But something tells me it won’t. #Anvil I don’t know how to tell you how grateful I am.

We had a severe stucco leak on our bump out and the rear wall of our house. I contacted Paul at Anvil. He solved our problem on time within his original estimate and was onsite everyday. If you have a stucco problem there’s no other company than Anvil to solve your problem.

I hired Anvil to do a large stucco and siding project for my house after having unresolved leak issues for nearly five years. The day I found out that I could potentially have more damage that wasn’t even visible, I called the owner Paul, and he was at my house within an hour to come take a look. He was extremely professional and helpful in explaining everything there is to know about stucco, and how my leaks were likely resulting from stucco issues, and not roof issues. Once I was ready to start with the project, the crew began within days, and the project finished in line with the timeline I was originally provided. Paul came on Day 1 of the work to introduce me to the Foreman and the crew that would be doing the work, to do one final walk through with me and the crew, and to discuss my concerns with the crew. Throughout the project, the crew took pictures of the damage that was uncovered to share with me, and were very particular about keeping my yard and my neighbors’ yard clean. I am extremely pleased with the work Anvil did at my house and would strongly recommend consulting with them before having any roofing or siding work done.
